“Torgol” is a dialectical term that means turbid. It is a sparkling wine produced by bottle refermentation where the yeasts remain on the bottom. Glera grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes, which are brought in as short time as possible to the pressing. A sincere, frank wine that brings us back to basics. In the mouth it is brilliant with excellent persistence and aromatic fullness; to the nose it presents fruity notes, but also the typical hint
of bread crust.
11% vol.
Pure glera grape
Brilliant straw yellow color.
Hints recalling ripe fruits, green apples and the typical hint of bread crust.
In the mouth it is sparkling and daring with good persistence and good acidity.
It is ideal together with “sopressa” from Treviso, a local cold cut, thanks its territorial and traditional properties. Pairing with fresh or aged cheeses and tasty fish dishes is
certainly to dare.
